This Privacy Policy explains how Roshiya Group, through the InfoCrop Agri Smart AI System platform, may collect, receive, use, process, store, share and protect information relating to factories, users, farmers, farms, crops, locations, satellite observations, advisory, billing, communications and platform activity.
Where the platform is used through a factory-branded domain, the respective factory may collect, enter and manage farmer and farm information for agricultural monitoring, advisory, review, harvest planning, pickup planning, billing and operational services. Roshiya Group provides the technology platform, hosting, mapping, analytics, automated processing, integrations and support services.
This Policy applies to InfoCrop Agri Smart AI System websites, factory-branded domains, central administration services, factory and farmer dashboards, mobile or browser-based functions, notifications, integrations and related services.
For factory-entered farmer and farm records, the respective factory is responsible for its farmer relationship, lawful collection, notices, permissions, consent where required, staff access, operational use and accuracy. Roshiya Group processes information as the platform operator for hosting, security, support, analytics and service delivery.
Information may include account name, username, role, mobile number, email, factory, village, address or location description, farmer profile, farm records, crop type, planting date, crop age, cane season, cane cycle, variety, area, latitude, longitude, farm boundary, manual readings, irrigation status, crop observations, advisory, review status, harvest readiness, pickup priority and support information.
Information may be provided by farmers, factory administrators, authorized staff, central administrators or support personnel; generated through use of the platform; obtained from connected devices or browsers; or received from satellite, weather, map, communication, payment, AI and other authorized service providers.
Factory administrators and authorized staff may create, review, update, activate, restrict or manage farmer and farm records. The factory must ensure that information is entered lawfully, with appropriate authority, and corrected where it is inaccurate, outdated or disputed.
The platform may process farm coordinates, mapped boundaries, location names, device location or location-verification results to identify farms, display maps, align satellite analysis, verify crop-health submissions and support field and factory operations.
Location and boundary information may identify a specific farmer, property or agricultural activity and should therefore be accessed only by authorized users. Location verification may be approximate and does not establish legal land ownership, survey accuracy or guaranteed physical presence.
The platform may process optical satellite data, Sentinel-1 SAR data, Sentinel-2 data, acquisition dates, source product identifiers, orbit or quality metadata, weather information, NDVI, moisture-related indices, crop-health signals, grid samples, heatmap cells and other derived agricultural indicators.
Derived data may be stored with source dates, quality or confidence status and fallback information. Satellite availability and freshness can vary because of cloud, orbit, no-data conditions, image quality, provider availability and processing delays.
Crop-health or field-review services may process photographs, file names, upload time, related farmer or farm identifiers, review information and location-verification results. Uploaded material may be used for crop review, advisory assistance, support, dispute handling, safety and audit.
Users should upload only relevant field or crop content and avoid submitting unnecessary images of persons, identity documents, homes, vehicle numbers or other unrelated private information.
Information may be processed through rules, analytical engines, automated models and, where configured, external artificial-intelligence service providers to prepare summaries, advisory, crop-health observations, irrigation guidance, field-inspection suggestions, harvest readiness and pickup-planning support.
Only information reasonably required for the configured function should be used. Direct identifiers such as a farmer's name, mobile number or unrelated personal details should not be sent to an external AI provider unless necessary, authorized and handled according to applicable settings and agreements.
Automated outputs are decision-support results and may be incomplete or incorrect. Important agricultural, chemical, harvesting, financial and operational decisions require human review and, where appropriate, field verification.
The platform may process subscription plan, billing mode, billing cycle, rates, subscription period, farm limits, billable-farm count, billing status, grace or pause status, invoice details, payable amount, payment status, payment reference, wallet balance, credit deductions, credit additions and transaction history.
External payment providers may process payment credentials according to their own privacy and security practices. The platform should retain only the payment information and references reasonably required for billing, reconciliation, accounting, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Communication services may process recipient contact details, message or template type, message content, send time, delivery or failure status, provider identifiers, consent or configuration details and support correspondence.
Communications may be sent for advisory, reminders, reports, billing, service notices, support and operational purposes subject to applicable permissions and user or factory settings.
The platform may process login activity, account role, factory context, browser or device information, IP address where logged, access time, pages viewed, actions performed, record changes, review and billing status changes, API activity, errors, security events, support history and other technical or audit logs.
These records may be used to secure accounts, enforce factory isolation, investigate misuse, troubleshoot services, verify changes, resolve disputes and maintain platform reliability.
Information may be used to provide farmer and factory dashboards; register and review farms; display maps; produce moisture and crop-health information; generate advisory; support harvest and pickup planning; manage capacity, subscriptions and billing; send authorized communications; provide support; prevent misuse; maintain audit trails; improve services; and comply with contractual or legal requirements.
The platform is designed to associate records with the relevant factory and restrict access according to domain, account and role. Authorized users of one factory should not access another factory's farmer or farm information.
Central platform administrators or authorized support personnel may access information where reasonably required for platform administration, security, support, billing, governance, investigation or legal compliance.
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared or made available where reasonably required to operate the platform, provide factory or farmer services, process authorized communications or payments, obtain satellite, map, weather or AI services, provide hosting and support, investigate misuse, protect rights and security, or comply with law.
Service providers should receive only the information reasonably required for their function and may be subject to contractual, technical and organizational safeguards.
Some hosting, communication, map, satellite, payment, analytics or AI service providers may operate infrastructure outside the user's state or country. Where such processing occurs, reasonable steps may be taken to use appropriate providers, safeguards and contractual arrangements as required by applicable law.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures may include authentication, role-based access, factory scoping, secure sessions, access controls, backups, logging, monitoring and security review. No digital system, internet transmission, storage service or third-party provider can be guaranteed completely secure or error-free.
Users and factories are responsible for securing their devices, credentials, staff access and local copies or exports of platform information.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably required to provide services, maintain farm and advisory history, manage active accounts and subscriptions, complete billing and accounting, support audits and security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.
Retention may differ for account records, farm history, photographs, communication logs, invoices, transaction records, audit logs and backups. When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized or securely archived according to operational and legal requirements.
A deletion request may not require immediate removal of records that must be retained for billing, tax, completed transactions, security, fraud prevention, legal claims, backups or other lawful purposes. Information may remain temporarily in protected backups until the applicable backup cycle expires.
A farmer or authorized user may request access, correction, update, restriction or deletion of relevant information, or raise a consent, boundary, ownership or accuracy dispute, subject to applicable law and verification of the request.
Requests concerning records entered or managed by a factory should first be submitted to the respective factory administration or support contact shown on the platform. The record may be marked for review while the request is assessed.

The website and dashboards may use cookies, server sessions, local storage, IndexedDB or similar technologies for login, security, factory or domain identification, selected farm context, language, display settings, cached information, offline continuity, performance and troubleshooting.
These technologies are not used to sell personal data. If advertising or materially different third-party tracking is introduced, this Policy should be updated to explain its purpose and available choices.
The platform is intended for authorized adult users acting for themselves, a factory or an agricultural operation. Users should not knowingly submit a minor's personal data unless it is lawful, necessary and supported by appropriate parent, guardian or other authority.
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, platform features, data practices, integrations, security requirements or operating needs. The updated version and Last Updated date will be made available on this page.
