Effective Date: July 31, 2026 | Last Updated: July 31, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the InfoCrop Agri Smart AI System platform operated by Roshiya Group, including its websites, factory-branded domains, dashboards, farmer portal, factory portal, central administration services, mobile or browser-based functions, reports, maps, notifications and related services.
By accessing or using the platform, the concerned factory, administrator, staff member, farmer, authorized user or account holder agrees to these Terms and to any applicable service, subscription or commercial agreement.
Roshiya Group operates and maintains the InfoCrop Agri Smart AI System technology platform. A participating factory may use its own branded domain and authorized user accounts to enter, review and manage farmer, farm, crop, operational, billing and communication records. The respective factory remains responsible for its relationship with farmers, staff authorization, lawful data entry, operational decisions and required permissions or consents.
Users must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials confidential and use only the account, role, factory and records for which they are authorized. Sharing passwords, attempting unauthorized access, bypassing role or factory restrictions, manipulating sessions, or accessing another factory's data is prohibited.
The platform may use role-based permissions, factory-domain identification, sessions, security logs, CSRF protection and other safeguards. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, account compromise or misuse.
Farmer and farm information may include names, mobile numbers, villages, farm locations, crop details, planting dates, crop age, cane season, cane cycle, variety, area, boundary, manual readings and operational status. Users and factories must ensure that submitted information is accurate, lawful, relevant and updated.
Incorrect farm boundaries, planting dates, crop details, readings or ownership records may affect maps, advisory, crop-age calculations, harvest readiness, billing and pickup planning. Disputed or uncertain information should be placed under review rather than treated as confirmed.
New or changed farmer and farm records may remain inactive, pending or under review until checked by authorized factory personnel. Review Queue, activation, rejection, hold, not-ready, billing and similar statuses are administrative workflow tools and do not independently establish legal ownership, crop condition or entitlement.
The platform may use optical satellite data, Sentinel data, SAR signals, weather sources, map services, GPS coordinates, farm boundaries, manual readings and derived indicators such as NDVI, moisture-related indices and other agricultural signals.
Satellite observations are not guaranteed to be available every day. Cloud cover, orbit timing, acquisition schedules, no-data conditions, image quality, API availability, processing delays and other external factors may affect freshness and accuracy. Optical and SAR data may have different acquisition dates.
Moisture maps, heatmaps, colour zones, satellite indicators and estimated or fallback outputs are decision-support information. They are not direct laboratory measurements, guaranteed soil-moisture readings, land surveys or substitutes for field inspection. Source dates, confidence, verification status and available labels should be considered before relying on an output.
The platform may use stored rules, analytical engines, automated models and, where configured, external artificial-intelligence service providers to prepare summaries, advisory, irrigation guidance, crop-health observations, field-inspection suggestions, harvest readiness, pickup recommendations and other decision-support outputs.
AI and automated outputs may be incomplete, delayed, uncertain or incorrect. They do not constitute a guaranteed diagnosis, agronomist opinion, laboratory report, legal advice, financial advice, pesticide prescription or final operational instruction. Important irrigation, fertilizer, disease-control, chemical, harvest, pickup, financial or safety decisions must be verified by qualified personnel and, where appropriate, by physical field inspection.
Authorized users may upload crop or field photographs and may use location verification or farm-boundary checks for crop-health review. Users must upload only relevant and lawful material and should avoid including unrelated persons, identity documents, private property details, vehicle numbers or other unnecessary personal information.
Photo-based and location-based checks assist review only and do not guarantee disease identification, crop condition, user identity or physical presence at an exact point.
Harvest readiness, cane priority, pickup bands, planning windows, factory distance, crush-capacity estimates, dispatch buckets, hold status and related outputs are planning aids based on available records and configured rules.
The concerned factory and its authorized personnel remain responsible for final harvest, pickup, transport, dispatch, acceptance, weighing, scheduling, capacity and payment decisions. The platform does not guarantee pickup, crop acceptance, yield, recovery, transport availability, factory capacity or payment.
The platform may support factory subscriptions, farmer billing status, plans, billing cycles, rates, grace or pause rules, invoices, payment status, credit wallets and credit transactions. Charges, limits and benefits may depend on the applicable plan, commercial agreement and factory configuration.
Access to paid features may be restricted, paused or suspended for non-payment, expired subscription, insufficient credit, billing disputes or applicable account rules. Payment processing may depend on external payment or banking providers, whose services and terms may also apply.
The platform may support WhatsApp messages, email, SMS, dashboard alerts or other communications for advisory, reminders, reports, support, billing and operational purposes, subject to configuration, permissions and applicable consent requirements.
Message delivery, timing, availability and recipient receipt are not guaranteed. Communication providers, internet connectivity, templates, account configuration, recipient settings and external service restrictions may affect sending or delivery.
Demo farms, test users, sample records or simulated workflows may be used for training, verification and end-to-end system testing. Demo or test outputs must not be treated as confirmed real-world agricultural or financial information. Users must not place real personal or confidential data in records clearly intended only for demonstration or testing unless specifically authorized.
Users must not misuse the platform; enter knowingly false or manipulated data; upload unlawful, harmful or irrelevant content; impersonate another person; interfere with services; probe security; introduce malicious code; scrape data without permission; reverse engineer protected components; or use the platform in violation of law, contractual obligations or third-party rights.
Each factory is responsible for the records entered or managed by its administrators, staff and authorized users, including farmer authorization, record accuracy, staff permissions, operational use and correction of disputed information. Farmers and users should report inaccurate records to the respective factory administration or support contact.
The platform may depend on hosting providers, map services, satellite sources, weather services, communication providers, payment providers, artificial-intelligence services, APIs and other external systems. Availability, accuracy, processing and delivery may be affected by those providers. Roshiya Group is not responsible for delays, interruptions, limitations or errors caused by services outside its reasonable control.
Roshiya Group may maintain, update, improve, restrict, replace, suspend or discontinue any feature, workflow, report, dashboard, integration, notification or service component for technical, security, legal, operational or business reasons. Temporary downtime, maintenance and data-processing delays may occur.
Access to an account, factory domain, feature or service may be suspended, restricted or terminated where misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, false or manipulated data, non-payment, unlawful activity, harmful conduct or breach of these Terms is suspected or identified.
The InfoCrop Agri Smart AI System platform, including its software, design, dashboards, workflows, reports, analytical engines, documentation, branding and related technology, is owned by or licensed to Roshiya Group. Users receive only a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the platform according to these Terms and any applicable agreement.
The platform and its outputs are provided as technology and decision-support services based on available information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roshiya Group, InfoCrop Agri Smart AI System and their owners, personnel, partners and service providers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, agricultural, crop, financial, transport, operational or business losses arising from use of or reliance on maps, advisory, alerts, estimates, reports, AI outputs, third-party services or unavailable or inaccurate data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, platform features, commercial arrangements, security requirements or operating practices.
